Refund policy

To receive a refund returns must be unworn/unused condition and must be delivered to our distribution center within 14 days of the date of the received shipment. Please email products@mamele.com to start the return process.

Returns received after 14 days and up to 30 days of the date of the received shipment will be given store credit in the form of an E-gift card and sent to the email addresses used on your order. Orders received after 30 days will not be accepted.
